Calista Green has been the co-owner and operations manager of Harcourts Auctions since 2015, though her time with Harcourts dates back to 2010. After spending time making exceptional use of her University of Queensland Law degree as a legal assistant, Calista began her journey with Harcourts as a real estate agent in Wynnum, Queensland. Recognizing her talents in real estate, Calista took charge of Franchising and Leasing for The Coffee Club before taking her expanded experience back to Harcourts, where she immediately thrived as an Auctions Manager in Brisbane, Australia. Her natural talents in the auction world quickly became irrefutable. She demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the auction process and rapidly understood the vital communication required between Agents, Sellers, and the Harcourts Business Owners to make an auction successful. In 2014, she became global, opting to move to the United States, becoming the Corporate Operations Manager for Harcourts USA in Orange County, California. Using her expertise to recognize a need in the market, Calista finally became the co-owner and Operations Manager of Harcourts Auctions, where she is today, helping innovate how real estate is bought and sold. Despite being at the top of her game, Calista continues to push forward, ensuring the auction framework is improved at every opportunity while managing the resources to implement auctions into the Harcourts office systems. Being responsible for the programming and rostering of the auction team, Calista provides clear and concise direction to ensure all stakeholders achieve invaluable results throughout the auction process.
