Ben Brady is CEO of Harcourts Auctions and Harcourts North America, the fastest-growing real estate company in the nation. With his career in real estate beginning at age fourteen, Ben has acquired expertise few can top. Utilizing his knowledge and experience, Ben has been a driving force behind Harcourts Auctions, becoming one of the world’s premier real estate auction platforms.
Beginning as a personal assistant at Harcourts in Australia, Ben’s extraordinary ambition, drive, and desire to immerse himself in the world of real estate led to his recognition as a top young professional in the industry. Becoming a qualified agent, Ben began selling homes all across the eastern coast of Australia. With natural leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to real estate, Ben was named Sales Manager at one of Harcourts Australia’s most prominent offices, where he was awarded the Queensland Rookie Auctioneer of the Year during his first year in real estate auctions.
After Ben became the youngest ever finalist at the Harcourts Australian Auctioneering Championships, he relocated to California in 2014 to start the Harcourts Auctions, a non-distressed auction platform. As the Regional Director/CEO of Harcourts North America and the Director of Auctions and Owner of Harcourts Auctions, Ben has participated in thousands of auctions and is responsible for overseeing more than 40 offices throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Due to Ben’s experience with Harcourts, as well as his knowledge of the international real estate market, he continues to regularly push and expand the Harcourts brand into new territories, where its success is undeniable.
Ben is a true believer that the sale or purchase of a property is one of the most important decisions that a person can make in their life.
