Getting to know Alex Duk

Born and raised in Southern California, Alex went on to attend the University of Miami (Fla) and finished his B.A. in Business Administration at the University of San Diego. He then went on and completed an International Masters in Business Administration at the University of San Diego and graduated with Beta Gama Sigma honors as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Dartmouth College Thayer School of Engineering.

Alex began his real estate career in 2006 working in real estate finance and mortgages. Aside from having 12+ years of experience in real estate sales, finance and investing, Alex previously operated family owned manufacturing plants in Mexico (Spanish fluent - bilingual) as well as ran a subsidiary of a publicly traded construction supply company. Throughout his career, Alex has been responsible for and has a proven track record for real estate sales, organizational change and operational improvements. Alex joined the Harcourts family in June of 2015 and as a local resident is now a founding partner of Harcourts Beverly Hills alongside his life and business partner Deanna D’Egidio. With a strong passion for life and people, Alex is known in the industry for his high work ethic and morals.

Having played football for two National Championships at the University of Miami (Fla) and under Jim Harbaugh at USD, he embraces the competitive spirit and the attention to detail to succeed. Alex has a relentless work ethic and drive for the success of his customers’ real estate goals and for his organization. Alongside Deanna, the two provide an amazing team effort in servicing their clients and when they aren’t putting deals together they are out walking their beloved dog Chewie. Alex firmly believes that those who commit themselves to integrity, continual improvement, self-confidence and possessing a “clients first” mentality will have the most success in their real estate careers.
