In summary, professional, always available, and great personality. I worked with Paolo as my realtor to buy a house in a competitive market. We were able to make an offer and win over other competing offers. Paolo is a good negotiator and can get the job done. After we were in the contract, Paolo was always available to fix any issues. He arranged for inspection in a timely fashion and after that was able to negotiate with seller and get some credit for some of the fixes. He always responds within minutes of calling or texting him. He made the buying process very smooth. I recommend him 100% if you need a realtor.
